Greece is the land of welcome, with a great tradition of hospitality, whose people are so warm and friendly, you'll never want to leave! When we started compiling our book we took into consideration that most people going to work and don't have much time for long and complicated preparations. We have therefore selected, over 60 basic Greek recipes, which are quick to prepare and cook. In our book, of course we have also included recipes that require more time to prepare, for that special Sunday lunch, because we want you to enjoy cooking a full range of Greek food. Remember, it is the various spices used by the Greeks that make their food so delicious, especially the herb Oregano and the unique 'féta' cheese.
